Yes I admit it.
I did it.
And I'm proud of it ... well, I'm not embarrassed about it anymore. =D
Several weeks ago, after watching The Colbert Report, I went to the National Portrait Gallery and paid my respect to the portrait of Stephen Colbert, hanging at the second floor before the gallery of American Presidents right at the entrance to the bathrooms.
It's not a real oil canvas or "traditional" portrait, but a very simple poster that looked to be heavily photoshopped. The frame however was really nice. =D
KINDA' SORTA' FAMOUS?: I am happy to inform you that my shot of the glass canopy of Kogod Courtyard was featured as a banner for the blog of the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery called Face to Face.
